Manage daily workflow  and production for a variety of Broadcast, Integrated & Interactive projects; interface with all business partners and agency departments to communicate vital information and ensure projects meet deadlines and production specifications.

  • Compile scopes of work, budgets and schedules on interactive projects.

  • Duties include: estimating, scheduling, casting/booking talent, director search and hire, production company selection, contract management, music searches, direct recording sessions, color correction, manage editorial sessions.

  • Liaison for production companies, graphic design houses, post-production facilities and talent agencies.

  • Traffic radio & tv commercials.

  • Manage vendor negotiations and award bids based on project compatibility.

  • Manage producing and creative teams.

  • Monitor production timelines and communicate due dates and deadlines.

Business Affairs:

  • Assist freelance producers with generating and executing production agreements.

  • Execute purchase orders and process invoice payments.

  • Forecast, generate, and reconcile production, dubs and distribution, and talent residual.

  • Interpret major union agreements including SAG Commercial and Industrial contracts.

  • Advise on union, non-union, broadcast, non-broadcast, interactive, domestic and offshore productions.
